We feel nifty to break the 200 day avg to settle down to 5150,5050 .

If the euro crisis continues we could even test 4800 levels.

Nifty has a very good support at 5150
One can buy nifty keeping the stop @5150 cash levels
Overall global cues are supportive n one can take long positions
The Tgt for the same will be 5280 to 5350

Once u get a closing above 5350 one can add more long position got the Tgt of 5500 to 5650 keeping the stop at 5350 closing basis

May series also looks week as of now and the trading range for the markets will be 5050 on the downside n 5400 on the upside

One should take long on the down levels suggested n take shorts on the up level suggested

Markets are narrowing their range to
5350 - 5170

Very difficult to trade this range

Best way is to avoid the markets n wait for a breakout on the either side

This is a very good sign as the range narrows the breakout is due shortly

Wait n watch friends don't trade the narrow range

We think nifty to break the 200 day avg by this week and will find support at 5000 odd levels

Nifty on Monday

We feel the bad is still not over yet for the markets. The bears are still strong and are defending their grounds

The CRR cut expected for the bankers is 25 basis points.we dont think markets will respond positive on this

Markets will be positive only if the cut is greater then expected till 50-75 basis point.

By doing so inflation will rise to add more trouble to our system.

This month too will be full of action for intraday players
